Palm Sunday

Yesterday was Palm Sunday and the kids got to do a Parade of Palms at church. I could only get a picture of Ryan, Matthew was buried in the crowd and I just couldn't get a picture. Ryan positioned himself at the front, cute boy!

Matthew's 1st Soccer Game

Matthew played in his first soccer game on Thursday night, his team is the Lightning. He did pretty well for someone who has only had 3 practices and never played soccer except for a soccer camp over a year ago.

Aaron turns 39

Aaron turned 39 today and I'm pretty sure the boys were way more excited about his birthday. They woke up talking about this morning and couldn't wait to give Daddy his presents. I managed to hold them off until 8:30 so Daddy could sleep in a little. The boys helped me make the cake yesterday and then I decorated it last night with a G for Georgia (since my hubby is obessessed with the Georgia Bulldogs. We went to dinner at Gordon Biersch then came home for cake.

A Day at the Zoo

We went to the zoo on Thursday since it was Spring Break. It was a fun family outing.

Ryan

Ryan had his dental work done today. It was much worse than originally thought, he ended up needing 2 root canals and crowns on 8 teeth. This picture is right after he got a shot of happy meds, within 2 minutes of the shot he was just blankly staring off into space which allowed the doctor to take him back. Once they took him back they started the IV anesthesia and then the dentist gave him Novocain. The anesthesiologist told us he would act drunk like when we got home and boy was he right! He kept asking me if I was mommy and if we were home. He has been kind of out of it all day, perking up every now and then for a few minutes. He's not complaining of any pain he's just very tired. He hasn't wanted me to leave his side much today.

Volleyball Champions

Alex and her team won 1st place in their volleyball tournament last night. Here's a picture with the team and the trophy (and of course Alex had to hold the trophy. Great job girls!
